I run LED number plate screws inside the light on mine and have done for some time, they're similar to the evotech one but only a couple of quid for 2 from the bay of E. I drilled a couple of small holes in the bottom of the reflector inside the light to fit them and they can't be seen.

They're quite bright and have passed a number of MoTs like that.

I am doing something similar on the Mito but they'll be outside of the light, probably just replacing the top number plate screws...
