Good memory Lud. It wasn’t an oil leak as such, i think it was oil out a breather pipe or such like due to when i was hit in that accident…never figured out conclusively though.
There is an old thread i found about a little fracture on my upper pipe intake, the bike would’ve been on roughly 6000 miles at that point.
It is that same fracture that looks to be leaking now…only took to 21000 miles for it to happen. I’ll test it again to get a definitive answer (wee bit tricky with neighbors having the bike running for long periods).
Does seem like a new oil cooler is required now though. Or possible repair of some sort.
