I can't find the part number for the preload bracket but any Öhlins dealer should be able to get you one. Alternatively, the bracket is only a simple flat shape so you could easily fabricate one yourself out of 3mm aluminium plate and save a few quid.
The rubber mounts are 00230-01 (X2) and I think are about £15, including hose clips. There are alternatives available - something like this might do the job.
