Reading this through I'm aware that there are unresolved gripes that need to be sorted out with the dealers - hopefully Chief you're getting somewhere through dialogue? I'd recommend dealing with the dealers and then following Crust's advice - hope it gets sorted and you continue to enjoy the monster..
