I have the exact same issue with my S4R. I'm not sure on the exact number of flashes but seems to speed up until the immob kicks in but everything else seems to work
ok. Previous owner has already replaced the clocks about 4000 miles ago but the clocks appear to be from 2003 for a 2007 bike!
