Not at all a rep but I know what it takes to get a group together. Just meet and have some fun. No fun and no one will play. Its so important to become friends and thats where it all starts. Admittedly this time of year will be quiet but as long as you set off with a plan to do something in the early spring hopefully you will get some guys together. Another thing is to get together with neighbouring counties so you get a bigger spread.
Have a meet in a pub and just relaxed banter and ask who fancies doing what.
