I've got a couple of them for use in the garage. They work very well, holding a bike up nice and straight and easy to use although after long-term use the tyre does tend to 'stick' so needs foot on chock before wheeling out.

The only other thing I would advise is that for long-term storage, use a rear stand with it because if your front tyre went down it might lean far enough to be unstable?
