It's not a done deal yet. CVC had to sell Dorna before they were allowed to buy F1 in the early 2000s.
F1 racing against bikes will never happen. Aside from the clear and ridiculous dangers the circuits need to be set up differently plus F1 cars are much faster. At best they'll do some exhibition laps at events.
