You may be able to edit the strap line yourselves.
Log in as you, then click on the ‘user CP’ tag on top left corner of page.
Pick ‘Edit your details’
Scroll down to ‘Custom User Title’ and off you go....
(Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page!)
