I think Kato is right about the thread pitches being dependant on the spacing of the caliper mounting holes; 40mm = 1.5, 65mm = 1.25.
For what it's worth, this is from the manual for my old S2R 1000, which also used M10 x 1.25 bolts - 43Nm (31.72 lb ft) after applying moly grease.
