Yep, I was wondering that too.
I gave mine 30 ft.lbs which is a tad under.
It felt about right
On the bolts, I seem to recall that the swingarm spindle pinch bolts are 10mm for the ally arm.
Maybe your manual will list their pitch .. and perhaps you could use them there ?
If the manual is correct, that is.
My manual only lists the bolts for my original steel arm.
