Well ...
I've always assumed my calipers to be "Goldlines" although they bear no identifying label.
They are 4 piston type with different sized pistons .. I think 34mm and 30mm on each side.
And they are gold coloured..
Anyway ..
My (genuine Ducati) manual (for yr2001 M750) claims that the bolts are M10x1.5
I've just whipped one out and it is .... M10x1.25
For the sake of clarity, my method to measure the pitch was to count the number of threads over a measured 10mm of bolt ... there were 8 threads.
Confused ?

To be honest, although I can appreciate that a fairly fine thread (M10x1.25) would be used in this situation to maximise its locking security, this is a steel bolt in aluminium threads and so an ultra-fine (M10x1.0) pitch seems likely to be overly prone to stripping, particularly given the recommended 43Nm torque setting that my manual states.
Are you sure that yours are M10x1.0 ?
