There should be a bolt and 'special washer' to attach the silencer to the bracket but they're not shown in the eBay photos. Might be worth checking with the seller that he's still got them and, if not, it's a good bargaining point.
If you do need the special washer, I can send you a spare. Evotech seem happy to supply them free if you ask nicely!
