You'll find the price of new oil lines to be quite salty, but make the call anyway so you know.

I would try bolstering up the connection with a bit of carefully applied PTFE tape, making absolutely sure that tape cannot obstruct the oilway. A little on the nipple threads too.

If you're going to replace the lines, why not shop around for a pair of HyperMotard lines?
They both go in front of the starter motor and up to the cooler via the left hand side of the motor/frame, look a lot tidier and make belt changes a lot easier.
They will also be of the later type with O-rings on the spigot, which DukeDesmo mentioned.
You will have to also change the nipples in the engine and cooler though.

You can take the lines off with the bike on the side stand without losing too much oil, but get ready to catch some anyway.
