Your subscription settings look correct, I’ve just reset them to see if that fixes your problem.
I have seen some odd behaviour with thread subscription in the past.
I’ve sent myself a private message and email notification is working correctly for me there.
It’s possible your email provider has changed their spam filter settings. If you have a ‘whitelist’ function on your email, you could try adding ‘noreply@ukmonster.co.uk’ and see if that helps.
