Ok, that's not much to go on but equally, I would be wary of negative forum reviews .. often it seems that those who are most likely to complain are also the least qualified to do so fairly.

Likewise, my only experience is in buying some jets: I phoned them up, they had them in stock, I went down to collect (about 20 miles), they were very helpful with advice etc.
