You need a "web host" Roger. There's just a couple of steps involved.
Go to
https://imgbb.com/ and download your pictures, it wants two prompts to download. Then select "BBCode fully linked" from the dropdown box, copy and paste the whole line of text into your post. Image size is automatic.
Alternatively use
https://postimages.org/ Select image size 640 x 480 for message boards, then down load your picture. Once presented with all the codes, select the line "Hotlink for forums", copy and paste that line of text onto your post.
