A Belgian guy also made a kit with extra bits that dropped into the drum like the system in the video.
DrDesmo's quiet plate pack was essentially the same as the process I described, utilising the slots in the drum as the loading point, but of course he didn't explain how simply the same effect could be achieved with your original bits plus a gash plate or two.
Simple is good!
