Unfortunately it's not removable. And I should have said in my earlier post, it's no longer available new so, if you wanted one, you'd have to track down a used example.
Alternatively, it shouldn't be too difficult to adapt a regular stand by welding a suitable tube to its frame and sourcing your own bar for locking the spokes (an old rubber handlebar grip on the end of the bar would make a good protector.)
