First thoughts are that the pump may have become dislodged, or maybe the clip has broken, making the pump drone on the tank?
The next thought is that one or both filters are partially blocked causing the pump to labour. You can do a check on the current draw to see if the pump is working too hard and that indicates a blocked filter.

I wouldn't think that the pump needs replacing as it appears to still be running and delivering fuel correctly as you have not reported running issues, just the noise.

The bottom filter is often called a "teabag" filter I think.
