The eBay item you listed should be ok as it's specifically described as for fuel but we know how iffy some of these Chinese descriptions can be. Ideally, you'd want to see that the component complies with the Automotive Qualification Standard to show that it's been tested and approved for use in an automotive environment and isn't just designed for a fridge or some other household appliance.
