Not seen any that are tiny that can't be opened using a biro or a convenient twig.
In the end a disk lock is just a visible deterent or a measure to slow down the bike from being knicked. If they just scoop it up into the back of a van then who really cares if the wheel isn't turning.
Is it worth looking at something like these 60x70x25mm, it looks "well 'ard" which is probably the effect you'd be looking for. Of course it depends on the disk type as to wether you could fit it onto the disk, probably down towards the base unless you had one or two holes on a drilled disk enlarged to fit the pin.
