lower RPM (17-18 K) - Doesn't change the power.
1000 cc - Steps on WSbk toes.
Only limited TC (not GPS-linked and simple, perhaps a "standard issue" for everyone) - There should be no electronic rider aids at all.
F1-style qualify - Qualifying should be as per F1, WSbk, BSB.
If you field 2 bikes in a Factory team you must give another 4 on loan (4 FT=24 bikes) - Brilliant idea.
If your rider has to sit out a race due to injury you MUST replace him - Again, another brilliant idea.
